C-Hotels Atlantic, Milan

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit cramped and the bed sheets were untidy all over the bed, but they were easily accessible. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was convenient. The service, unfortunately, was the worst I have ever encountered, from reception to the waiters. On the upside, room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and pet amenities were available. The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of Milano Centrale train station, making it easy to reach any special attraction. However, the dining options were limited with very few items available. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel did have some facilities to offer. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.

The hotel is ideally situated near Milan Central Station with restaurants in the area. The rooms are in good condition, boasting comfortable beds and a step-in shower, and my room even had the only balcony available. However, the customer service experience, from reception to the waiters, was below expectations. Despite this, the location and proximity to the train station make it convenient for travelers.
